Classes: Summer vs. year long

Ok so quick question: although I'm not sure this is the right forum.

My senior year I have the option of taking Honors Physics for a full year as my science course which is basically my only option besides AP bio which I am going to take the test for and not the class because I REALLY don't like bio. I am taking AP Chem at CTD at Northwestern between 11th and 12th grade. Would be I at a disadvantage to also take Honors physics at the CTD program as oppose to my senior year. I am replacing it, more then likely, with either Humanities I and II (which my school district is really well known for having one of the top humanities programs) or AP Stats.
Either way, taking Honors Physics at the CTD program or at my school, I will graduate with 5 years of science (2 honors and 1 AP). The program gives you 2 semesters of credit.

My question:
Would I look really weak to colleges for dropping science my senior year for a college level course in Humanities? (I am also dropping foreign language my senior year because my dyslexia is making it too hard to continue trying to learn a foreign language.) I am looking to apply to schools such as Stanford and U Mich just for reference.
