Classes to take to be eligible for CPA exam

Im a Computer Science major and am planning on minoring in either Economics or Accounting. I was looking at the requirements for the Accouting minor and it says that you have to take 7 classes and an extra 9 or so to be eligible for the CPA exam. But at the same time, it also says that you have to take additional courses (36 units worth) in business-related classes. Can anyone tell me what the actual requirements are? Im kinda confused. Do you take just the 9 classes that they want you to, or do you have to take those + another 36 units worth of classes? Here's the link where I found it.
The CPA exam requirements are:
24 semester or 36 quarter units in business-related classes (your math classes should count for this)

24 semester or 36 quarter units in accounting

The accounting minor only requires 7 accounting courses (28 units). You need 36 accounting units so that is why they advise you to take two more courses after the minor so you have a total of 36 to be eligible for the CPA exam.
