Hi I am a freshman planing to major in electrical engineering. How many classes are typically taken in the first quarter of college?

Most people start with 3-4 classes. I personally took 3 classes for letter grade and a GE class P/NP and it was very manageable. If you were to take the 3 classes recommended by the 4-year plan, I would take an enjoyable GE class on the side (music, art, dance or whatever interests you). Overall, I think math, ECE, and chemistry will hold you down for your first quarter as you adjust to college life, so you can either just stick with those 3 or take a chill GE class on the side as your fourth.

I am in Warren College. When should I take the Warren writing program?
