If I currently do not have a 3.0 HOPE GPA going into college, will I able to get HOPE in college if I meet the 3.0 HOPE GPA in college? Also does HOPE cumulative GPA in college include highschool GPA? Thanks!

Yes, you can retroactively qualify for HOPE is you maintain a GPA at or above 3.0 after 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours). For retroactive qualification, only college GPA will count, but it will include any college courses you took in high school through dual enrollment.
