@eyedocmommy Our friend who is out of state also got the FAFSA letter and the “enter the activation code” but no letter yet. So, same boat as you.
Clemson is known to send out bulk emails …so wasn’t wanting to read too much into it. But it doesn’t seem like too many people got it?
@eyedocmommy Or maybe we’re just the only lazy people who haven’t filled out that darn FAFSA! 
No FASFA email. We submitted the FASFA many weeks ago…wonder if the email is only going to those that have not submitted?
@a_masters16 Yes, it definitely says that you have not submitted your FAFSA and need to do so by March 1. So if you didn’t get it, I wouldn’t let that bother you.

I got rejected for the fall as well but accepted for January of 2019 for Graphic Communications. No bridge school, have to transfer credit from community college… anyone?
Still waiting in Va. for my D. For those waitlisted, my older daughter was waitlisted 4yrs ago. I know if you send a letter to admissions they add it to your file and it pushes you up the waitlist. Older D was waitlisted and sent a letter and offered to change major, she was called and offered the next day. You have better luck if you don’t apply to their “closed” majors like nursing, education, communications, graphic communications, architecture.If Clemson is where you want to go, I would suggest changing your major and then try to transfer into your major at a later date.
DS has a Tigertown Bound envelope waiting for him from today’s mail. OOS 31 ACT 1400 SAT. UW GPA 3.38. WGPA 4.0. His UW GPA would put him at the 40% in his class. His WGPA puts him in the top 15%. Though his high school does not rank, the school gives a guide with GPA of top 10%, 25%, etc.

Surprised they didn’t’ get in, however sports communications is a closed major with few spots.
I keep reading closed majors. What are the closed majors? My D was admitted in the Architecture school.

@Mopep her letter should say School of AAH but on her letter it should also include her major that she was accepted into.
UGH. So hard to accept this when you see so many others with seeming lower scores/grades being admitted.

D was accepted this week. Haven’t heard from scholarships yet. It will be hard for Clemson to top what UNC has offered but hoping for good news. Congrats to everyone.
@MayBlvyMomma Any scholarships from the University would be specified in the acceptance letter, and you can find a few on the website that she might also qualify for.
No love from Clemson for my DD this Valentines Day. Pretty sure the picture in my USPS Informed Delivery is a small white envelope. Denied (Psychology) ACT 27, 4.86 wGPA (9 APs), 80/585 13% rank, captain varsity cheer, NHS, blah blah blah. Ouch! Clemson was in DD’s top 3. Their loss. DD will have to decide from her acceptances at U of Florida, Texas A&M, Florida State, Auburn, U of SC, LSU, University of Mississippi. Lots of way better looking mascots to choose from anyway! L-) =((
