I believe you can submit your Fall 2019 application starting in August. (Can someone please confirm) Few questions on application process:

  1. When does the application become available to fill out?
  2. Does Clemson accept letters of recommendation? Does your guidance counselor need to complete a recommendation?

  1. The application process does begin in August.
  2. You can certainly send recommendation letters but they are neither required nor recommended. They will weigh your GPA, test scores, and class rank a lot more than things like recommendation letters or ECs. If you are applying to the Honors College then I do believe recommendation letters are required.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the earlier you apply determines your housing selection time slot. So if there is a good chance you would attend if admitted apply early.
