My student did not get accepted to Clemson, which we were expecting. But had held out hope for Bridge invitation. No acceptance there either. Friends with lower GPAs and test scores got invitations to Bridge. Is there any way to find out why she wasn’t? I would like to know what kept her from getting it. Is it worth asking/appealing?
What was her choice of major and stats? How is she doing grade-wise this year? I would appeal the decision but I’m not sure how quickly the bridge spots are going to fill up. It might be full by the time you hear back.
Appeals seem to do nothing. Like DC inferred. It is very dependent on the major you choose. Very good students get turned away from Clemson for crap reasons.
