Goes to show you that Clemson looks only at your stats, as my DS clearly has the midrange stats to be accepted, and the ECs to be successful, but Clemson did not see him as such. Clemson’s loss and another school’s gain. Won’t take the waiting list as we are going with “Love the school that loves you” and he has other great choices. Congrats to all to all that will choose to be Tigers.
And still curious as to why some others got summer acceptance over the WL…major specific?

Both Hacks worked before the acceptance letter

She will not attend Clemson due to the lack of merit / scholarship provided. She will be attending Univ of Delaware, (animal science / vet science) - which was her first choice, and they provided a pretty good scholarship which absorbs some of the tuition costs. Good luck to all who plan to attend, to those on the wait list, and to those that were denied admission. There are so many great choices out there, and you MUST find the best Fit for you. Carpe Diem!

EC- DECA, Officer Positions, Job Experience ,etc
Ethnicity- Asian
Gender- Male
Residency- Charlotte, NC
Major- Pre-Business (should’ve applied Undeclared, wouldn’t have had to do TTSB most likely)
Both hacks worked prior to acceptance letter

I will most likely not be attending due to the fact that it is extremely expensive out of state and the TTSB program just adds even more money to that. This school is incredible, it was a dream of mine to attend it, but at the end of the day you have to do what makes sense financially. There is still a chance I’ll attend but it is relatively small. For all of those who are attending, have the time of your life! It is an incredible school, nothing like Tigertown. Go Tigers!

S19 Accepted, OOS, 4.5W/4.0UW, top 5%, all honors/7AP. 3 honor societies, 3 officer positions, lots of service hours. Applied mid Feb.
