It was “Welcome to Clemson, (name)” when my daughter was accepted in November. Then, the admitted student portal has “(Name), you are Tiger Town Bound” at the top.

What time of day did she get the email?
Portal changed from “awaiting decision” to “decided” around noon. Update link appeared in portal at 4pm. The email notification came at 4:20.

My son who was admitted in Dec it now says “name, you are Tigertown Bound!”
@elmich18 - yes she did. It was back on Jan 14. I checked when the email came in and it was 3:50pm Eastern.
I saw someone comment on Facebook that admissions said after 6 pm today. (I am way too invested in this process!)

When is the financial package expected to be sent out? Do they come out today as well?
My son’s portal doesn’t show the midyear grade update that was pushed through via common app. He submitted grades in October, but our college guidance office also submitted them to reflect first semester grades via Common App at the end of first semester. Anyone else have that issue?
When I phoned about submitting mid-year grades I was told they are not considered in the admissions process. the 9-11 transcript is. He applied RD 11-3. Not sure if people applying rolling admissions or waitlisted would be different.
okay…thank you! Since this is Clemson’s first year with common app, we didn’t even think about it with our other sons.
so what times should we be checking for decisions?
This was on the Clemson website:
“If you are an incoming freshman who applies by the admission deadline, then you will be notified of any Academic Recruiting Scholarships by the first week of March. If you meet our priority deadline of January 2 for completing the FAFSA, then your federal aid and other need-based aid will also be awarded by the first week of March as well.”

I haven’t determined ‘no’ yet, but I will not if the COVID pre cautions need to continue… I’ve tried playing with a mask and it’s just not something I’m comfortable with. I’m more of an orchestra person than pep band anyway if I’m being honest, although playing piccolo in pep bands isn’t too bad!
