Son got merit and we don’t rank
Did your tigertown bound letter not have a code inside it? I was assuming it’d be in there
Below is the wording from Clemson merit scholarship web page:
This list is not inclusive of all scholarships, eligibility criteria, or renewability requirements.
The high school transcript submitted for admission evaluation will be the same transcript used to determine merit scholarship eligibility.
** Students applying to Clemson from secondary schools that do not calculate class rank will still be considered for merit awards.*
**Weighted rank (if applicable) is used in this determination.
When I first ran it early in the process it showed about $5000. When I ran it a few months later it showed 0. Not surprised no mention of merit, but I’m wondering if they’ve ever been known to throw some merit out later in the game when high stats kids decline their offers. I’ve heard of some schools doing that - grasping at straws that Clemson might.
You can’t run this if you are test optional, or at least didn’t work for us
and just tried it again and it doesn’t work. You have to put in your test scores
Hi! Is the code to get in to see scholarship amount? Is it already there? My D was also accepted December but not sure how to access scholarship.
My D was accepted into Health science in December. Haven’t seen many others…

My daughter was accepted in November, but there was no code in her acceptance packet for her to set up her iRoar account. Where do you find that? Would love to look and see if there’s any FA showing in her account.

we set up iroar account a while ago.
the hardest part was setting up the duo verification app
however there is not even a 2021-2022 section in the financial aid/$ section of the iroar (or at least there wasn’t yesterday) so no info re: $$ yet.

Then if that’s the case the code might be in the portal under Next Steps>Activate your Clemson username. I have no clue because I was admitted yesterday so it says “Available soon” but if your daughter was accepted in November I assume it would be there

Only one time sitting for SAT and only scored 1310. Admissions encouraged him to send in score but now I am guessing maybe that wasn’t the best decision.

Probably not, as yield is taken into consideration with offers. You could have D21 call and ask them that question. Good luck!
exactly so its a little hard to determine the NPC when it doesn’t apply so at that point you apply to the school and hope you get merit!

Son did it last year and loved it. Just can rush/pledge. Its also about $20k cheaper the first year. So there’s that too…
