DD is interested in Clemson, we’re from another southern state. Curious to see if anyone not from SC has gotten instate tution, and how.

the Southern Regional Education Board ACM eligibilty depends on your home state. Your D would qualify if the other SREB institution offers a degree program that is not available to you at one one of your in-state schools. Clemson does have some SREB/ACM eligible programs- but you need to check according to your home state. https://www.sreb.org/academic-common-market
