So I have narrowed my list down to these 2 schools and have been accepted at both schools. Which is better for civil engineering and which school should I go to?

bump…

anybody???

Well I’ve seen this posted times…

Where would you prefer to work after graduation?
Visit the schools and get a real feel for the environment!!

But IMO, VT for the win (though I’m a little biased since I’m and engineering major here).
Better engineering program and amazing people!!

I know clemson is ranked a better school overall than VT. I also know Clemson is “on the move.”

Both are great schools, and it should come down to where you want to go - which enviroment do you prefer?

Also remember clemson is stragetically located near the I-85 corridor which leads to charlotte and is home to a huge number of companies hiring all types of engineers. This may be important when you look for a CO-OP, an internship or a job when you finish.
