Hi there

I am an international student from Switzerland, senior in high school, and want to pursue an education in the United States (first pre-med, then med school, and yeah, I know it's tough so please don't come with phrases like "do your education in Switzerland" etc., it's my dream to study in the US, and where there is a will, there's a way.) I applied to 9 colleges and was accepted at all of them, some even offered me scholarships. I visited University of Florida, SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Stony Brook and Clemson University (in South Carolina). I liked Stony Brook and Clemson most, so now I have to decide between the two of them.

(advantages) of Stony Brook:
-I heard they have a strong science program (anyone can confirm this?)
-Nice setting
-Not far from NYC
-Nice classrooms
-Nice dorms
-Price
-Diversity (lots of Asians etc.)
-hospital and med school adjacent

(disadvantages) of Stony Brook:
-the weather
-mediocre rating by Princeton Review (70) and US News and World Report

(Advantages) of Clemson:
-Beauuuuuuuuuuuutiful campus
-weather
-nice surroundings
-good ratings by USNWR and Princeton Review (at least better than Stony Brook's)

(disadvantages) of Clemson:
-price
-dorms like dungeons
-****ed up interiors of the buildings
-reputation?
-0 diversity (just whites)

Do you have any suggestions which one I should choose? Please feel free to answer!
And, by the way, which one is better to get into a top 20 med school (like Harvard, Duke, Vanderbilt, Emory etc.?) 'Cause I need to apply to one of those med schools later, as most state schools do not take applicants without an American passport/permanent residency.

Thank you very much for your replies!
