If a certain school says you need a minimum of 30 credits to transfer would clep credits be included?

I can only share my own experience and can’t speak for the ending point college you’re considering. One son’s AP and CLEP credits show up on a page called “Student Transfer Test Credit” (credit only, no grade). At another college, my other son had his CLEP credits appear on his regular transcript, but with no grade. This leads me to believe that CLEP does count as transfer credit, but I don’t know if your college also requires a certain GPA to transfer. If so, you’ll need some traditionally graded classes to give you a GPA. Talk to an admissions counselor and find out for sure.

My CLEP credits counted as transfer credit. As SGP suggested always check with the college admissions office.
