CLEP Exam Dates Question

I was having a look at the College Board website and came across the dates for the testing.Could someone give me an idea on how regularly you can sit the CLEP Exams? I don’t understand the difference between “Last Date for Transmission from Test Centers”, “Primary Scoring Date” and “score Reporting Mailing date”

e.g

Last Date for Transmission from Test Centers:August 24, 2017
Primary Scoring Date: August 26, 2017
Score report Mailing Date: September 8, 2017

You can take them as often as you want. I once took three in one day. I’m pretty sure those dates only refer to the College Composition test, because it needs to be sent out for the essay to be scored. Every other test, as far as I know, has scores sent instantaneously and arrive within a couple days.
