Hi! I've never taken a CLEP test before, but I've taken a decent amount of AP classes (and have self-studied a couple). I was wondering, first, how hard the tests are - specifically introductory business law? I need to get a 50, so any indication of how difficult this would be (given I have about a month to study, but I only have a very small amount of background in the subject) would be awesome. Also, what kind of materials are best to study? The only books I could find online from sources I recognized were REA review books that looked very dated. Thanks so much!

I would suggest taking the practice test for Introductory Business Law. This practice test is part of the $10 study guide that can be purchased through your established account on the CLEP site and is also contained within the CLEP Official Study Guide (this book is sold on the CLEP website, Amazon, etc., but many public libraries also have various edition years on their shelves). So you can spend $10 for the download of the study guide or find a copy of the book at a library or purchase a book (new or used). I would start there. This practice test will give you a good indication of the difficulty of the test, plus the verbage used, etc.
