<p>Do CLEP scores really matter as long as you pass? I've taken a couple practice tests. There are a few CLEP exams I could just walk into and pass but the scores wouldn't be stellar. Does it matter?</p>
<p>The score will not be shown on your college transcript so it does not matter. However, different schools grant credit for different scores. A score of 55 in French will give you 4 credits in one school and 12 credits in another.</p>
