I want to shorten my days in college taking basic educational classes; one idea i have is to take a number of CLEP tests (College Algebra, French, College Math, English Comp...) I'm bound to do great in all of them.
So is anyone familiar with those tests?
Comparing to the SATII, AP tests, how would you rank the degree of difficulty of the CLEP?
Are they just a waste of money?

I think they're not as hard as the AP exam, and probably on par with the SAT IIs (and I've taken 5 APs and 5 SAT IIs) as long as you have background in the subject. You can find out more at the CLEP website: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/clep/about.html
