CLEP tests

not sure which forum to post this question in

Anyone taken or know anything about the precalc CLEP test? How hard is it if you have already completed through calculus 2? My D is in a kind of odd situation. Her HS has an agreement with the State U that certain grades in certain classes will count for college credit. She has good enough grades in Algebra and Calc 1 (they are all college level courses) to get credit for college algebra and calc 1 but just missed the cut off on trig. Her planned major requires trig but if she takes trig at college she does not get credits for it if she has credit for a higher level math (if I am understanding it properly). She is thinking of taking the precalculus clep test to a. avoid taking any more math and b. avoid paying hundreds of dollars for a class that she will not get credit hours for. I am wondering how hard it is as it is a year since she took trig? (I never did trig and upwards so have no clue).
