Cornell decisions for non contract colleges comes out March 31st at 5:00 p.m. For those of you wondering, that’s a Monday.

I really don’t think this thread is necessary NOW. Don’t take offense OP but this is just gonna big another “chance me” thread shoved all into one. (which isn’t actually a bad idea but not really.)

I’m tired of seeing the word “chance” used as a verb. lol

How about we do it like we did last year and the year before that:

Sorry, I am technologically challenged, so my department is not in your specified font. Anyways, I applied through primary/alternate: Primary is A & S for English, Alternate is AAP for fine arts.

SAT I (breakdown): 800 CR, 780 WR, 650 and 640 M (yeah, math was a tanker)
ACT: 28 and 30. Superscored is 31. The cherry on top is my 36 in English.
SAT II: 710 Lit, 710 World history, 710 US history, 580 French (ignore, please!)
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): I dunno. Out of 100 it is 95-ish.

Interview: Really dumb. Like talking to your average suburban book-club soccer mom neighbor who was obviously smart enough to get into Cornell, but otherwise has been dumbed down by the role that society has given her.

Okay, now, don’t accuse me of fishing for compliments, but I would like some feedback on my stats. I realize that I have some advantages over others, but I also have some beefs, such as my low-ish ACT scores. What do you think so far of my chances?

It’s on investigating genotype of one of our genes. It turned out that my gene was homozygous dominant! :D

OH by the way I wrote a lovely and touching letter, on how CALS is the only college on my college list that combines the social sciences and natural sciences, directly to the Director of International Admissions… I don’t think that helps. I’ll see in weeks sob.

I also applied for UC Berkeley. My GPA is about 3.96 or something… 2 B’s and… 40 A’s? Not really sure.

Fblalaland was that for bioap that all the bio students got to do for a day? Because I did that too… And it wasn’t a big deal did you put that on your app?

No it was a bio camp I did in summer. It had other components to it.

I did the lab you are referring to as well. It was at the Michael Smith Lab I believe. The one I referred to was not.

Only 15 schools are picked for the lab you are referring to. The lab is not limited to AP Biology. I am in the IB program and I got a chance to do it. I just took the AP exams for fun (i.e. without studying).

I did not put that on my activities section. I incorporated in my list of updates. I explained how it affected me.

Hehe ~ I probably will end up either at University of Toronto or University of British Columbia and then transfer. My future is unclear…
