<p>ok...so there are these amazing bars called clif bars. i think everyone should eat them because they are amazingly healthy. i eat them for breakfast and there only 250 calories! and they have lots of vitamins and stuff like that! so everyone try them and post your favorites and comments about them. there also 70% organic! my favorites are:</p>
<p>I run track at my school, and everyone on the team eats them. They digest really easily so you could eat one an hour or so before your race and be fine (aka not worry about stomach craps, side stitches, etc).</p>
<p>I eat the chocolate chip ones, the peanut nut ones, and the peanut chocolate chip ones. Those are the only three that we have regularly available at our Safeway. They sell out pretty quick. I have one of those, a salad, and an apple for lunch most days.</p>
<p>everyone try to get your friends to eat them...so they will spread around. im trying to promote organic food and try to get people to realize that healthy food is good [[ trying to prevent obeisity ]]</p>
<p>They're still packaged, processed food, however--so they're not the healthiest thing, or the best for the environment. Why not promote organic fruit and vegetables, if you're really committed to healthy food and obsesity prevention? </p>
<p>That's just my point of view, though. I have some radical tendencies. ;)</p>
