<p>I am a senior in HS applying to the UCs, and I was planning to apply undeclared/physical science as my major but I read on the site that the major was closed for junior/seniors in college.</p>
<p>Does this mean the major is reserved for junior/seniors only in college, or does this mean you can no longer apply the major if you are a junior/senior?</p>
