I have applied to A & M and submitted all documentation required except for my 9th grade transcripts from and international hight school I attended. I requested that they be sent by both email (I know that they will not accept electronic copies but the school informed them that the originals are on the way) and hard copies. They will not arrive by January 15 - will I automatically be rejected because of this? I have been accepted to three other schools and none of those requested these transcripts but A & M was my first choice.

Since yours is sort of a “special case,” I wouldn’t rely on anything that anybody here tells you about that. I would definitely contact undergraduate admissions instead and speak to them/email them one-on-one. They can explain what you can expect and they can guide you if you need to do more. Deadlines are too important to mess with. Better to clarify prior to a problem than wait until after a problem occurs.

Here are the results of a quick google search on what I interpreted as your problem. I could have misunderstood your question. But at the very least, this linked page provides the phone number and email address for Admissions Customer Service.
