Clothes

I wear mostly AE because I think that the quality is pretty decent, and I just like their clothes. There are a lot of over-priced items there though...

My mom pretty much refuses to go into AF because of that controversy a couple years ago, and I have no objections. And I just refuse to go into AE because if I get something there, I'll just look like everyone else at my school.

But I like Gap. It isn't of "shoddy" quality, if that's what some people were getting at.

It isn't necessarily a bad thing to look like everyone else in your school though....or is it? :)

It is, really. If I buy anything at AE, PacSun, or Hot Topic, I'll be a blob in a crowd. And I'm much too tall to be a blob!

RL polo, all ralph lauren brands actually, lacoste, coach, bebe/cache, tommy hilfiger, AE

NorthFace is an outerwear brand
Gap is definitely good quality

oh yeah ive never heard of it..
prolly cause i live in south texas..we dont need outerwear. ever :)

I mostly wear Old Navy and Gap. I have lots of cool shoes, though, ('specially my new Rampage flats). If I ever have enough cash for Burberry, I'll go absolutely insane.

Mi familia!

Ugggh. Snoopy's post reminds me- I hate Hot Topic. Everything about that store is so messed up.

vin09....yeah that's probably it, haha. but if you ever go up north during the wintertime, you'll see it EVERYWHERE. A NorthFace Fleece is a staple in anyone's closet for a casual, light coat in the winter. Not very fashionable looking, but nice and warm.

for some reason, everybody at my high school was obsessed with those black northface backpacks. it was really weird, i never understood it.

American Eagle - for most of my clothes because there are some pretty good sales there most of the time ($5 shirts), and they're the only ones that make a size 0 short that isn't too small or big.

But mostly I find most of my clothes on eBay...like expensive Banana Republic shirts or Urban Outfitters blazers I can't afford to blow $70 on in the actual stores.

Hot Topic makes me angry.

I don't understand Hot Topic. Of course, I don't understand why "self expression" in clothing is so important. If you can't express yourself with words and actions, you have no need to go dress like a gypsy dominatrix.

hm..i just bought one of those black north face backpacks.
i'm hoping it'll go with me to europe in the near future.

Ah, North Face. I want a green jacket.

I wear whatever fits. Mainly Aero jeans since they're the only ones that make a decent 4 long. And mostly plain tshirts from JC Penny, Walmart, Target, etc. One thing though, I am convinced that skirts and dresses are going to make a comeback this year so I got some from Deb, Old Navy and Maurices. I'm in love with Forever 21 and Delias but the closest ones that I know of are 6 hours away.

I try not to get sucked into the "brand" vortex, but a lot of my clothes are brands anyway, because I like the look or quality of it. I do shop at Abercrombie (because it fits me very well and I try not to get the sluttier peices) and occasionally at J Crew or Forever 21, but I also like Old Navy, Gap, and H&M. I like Target, but my mom never shops there.

Whats H&M and A&F?
