<p>Has anyone received notice of receiving a College of Letters & Science scholarship or know when they were or will be awarded?</p>
<p>Nope, but hopefully soon.</p>
<p>UW left a phone message today stating that beginning April 14, scholarship winners would be notified of their awards via phone calls. Those not receiving scholarships will be notified toward the end of the month.</p>
<p>That sure doesn't leave much time for students to make a decision. In fact, it almost forces some students to take the offers in hand from other schools rather than wait until the end of the month to find out one way or another from UW. They're really not on the ball considering the national decision date is May 1.</p>
