I am a sophomore in high school, and would like to know if the activities I am in will be enough to put on my activities list

Link Crew Leader(helps the incoming freshmen)

Possibly School Newspaper

It depends on what your goals are. For most colleges those seem find. For the very tippy top colleges, they are looking for something unusual, with “pop”'that isn’t what other students are doing.
This is a list of activities which require minimum participation, if any.

Model UN, Debate, Sports, Student Council, Publications, Band, DECA, etc., etc.
Yes, I know you listed Drama Club and “possibly” school newspaper.
The point is that your list didn’t seem to have much substance to it.
Your list has no focus. Try to organize in a way they are related
