I know that USNA has a triathlon club. Does anyone know more information about this? Do you need experience, or can you just join? I will more than likely be a plebe next year, and am interested in starting to do triathlons. Also, can you bring a bike to USNA?

They have tryouts for the Triathlon club.
Bike may be company dependent so I will speak only to what my plebe has done, just keep in mind that many "privileges" are company dependent so as a Plebe you would need to get the facts through your chain of command.

My Plebe has his racing bike on the yard. There is a room in the basement of Bancroft where he keeps it. He was permitted to bring his bike sometime in October (I had to ship it to him) Unless you are on the Triathlon Team or Cycling Team, As a Plebe you will only be permitted to ride the bike off of the yard on Sat after SMT. After class at "sports" times you will only be able to ride on the yard. My Plebe says the traffic is awful on the yard so you really do not get a good work out riding at that time. On the positive side, there are good bike paths that go from Annapolis to Baltimore that he enjoys riding.

Triathlon team has some really great athletes. Look for great things out of Justine Whipple in the future.
