I thought about saying something, but our cadre were in kind of a bad mood the day you were close enough to actually say something, and the other days you seemed to be in a hurry to eat or something

mmm probably. They put the whip to the EMTs at times. lol. Next time I suppose.

i bet you don't see me!

oh and missmuff, u doing catholic choir?

Group Staff Friday... fun, your a nice guy, right?

this feels really random for me cause its been so long since i posted. lol But two good clubs are the TEAM HANDBALL(specially if you played Football/Basketball/Baseball in HS) and Ski CLUB. SKI club is a great way to get you out of here as a freshman, and is alot of fun. If you have any questions about the Team Handball let me know..;) and Eagle how is Navy?

eagle, yup! that's how i met your people. one of them (a h, a 2deg) is in my squad. i'm not in chorale, just catholic choir. loooooove it!

yeah, how's navy?

I am a nice guy. Except when 4 digs visit group. ;) Enjoy! :)

You're on group staff hornetguy? We have to call minutes for fourth group staff tomorrow morning. That'll be fun.

Hornet owns group staff.

he's first group though...right?

Yup, 1st group first! :)

hooah first group lol

navy's alright. definetely missing the freedoms and liberties of usafa tho...

oh, and its been horribly unorganized thus far. hopefully things will get better since classes started this morning

how many clubs can you join in your 4th degree year?

as many as you want, but we have lotsa stuff that we need to make sure we're on top of. Just from the first 2 weeks, I'd recommend maybe 2-4 clubs (of course, this varies by person) to keep ya busy, but I don't think I personally could handle too many more than that.
then again, i'm on recondo, which is a 2 hour commitment/day. i also like to go to bed early. so whatever. i guess i just discounted everything i said.

ps...this feels so weird, being on this forum as a 4°! I totally remember the gang answering my questions this time last year :)

good times.

even better now!

whoah, that's weird...it reversed my posts.

What's "recondo?" and why 2 hours?

reconditioning...i failed my pft (i had pneumonia for the last part of basic, but whtev). it's a mandatory workout for those who either failed the pft or have a pea lower than 2.0. it's supposedly every other night, but right now it's every night because intramurals haven't started up yet. everyone complains about it, but it's the time commitment that's the biggest nuisance. I see myself improving dramatically and I think it's going to help me a lot in the long run.

join as many clubs as you can handle.. but dont ever let a club keep you from doing well with mandatory things. most all clubs meet on the weekends.. so try what you want. remember, you've got 4 years, there's plenty of time to do (almost) everything you want
