**General Comments/Congratulations/Venting/Commiserations,etc:[ /b] yay =] so excited.</p>
<pre><code>* Essays: My personal essay wasn’t really even about me and my supplemental was about a guy whose vision of leadership doesn’t necessarily fit with my own. Both were very well written though.
Teacher Recs: Didn’t see any of mine but I had three and all of them were from teachers who knew me quite well outside of class.
Counselor Rec: I spent over a year building a relationship with my counselor prior to my application so I think this recommendation was probably very strong.
Hook (if any): I’ve been to CMC many times and gotten to know many of the admissions officers. I’m also the captain of multiple sports and extra-curricular activities at my school.

Perceived Strengths/Weaknesses:Very good leadership, not really sure what my weaknesses are.
Why you think you were accepted/deferred/denied: Everything about me is what CMC is looking for. I obviously don’t have the highest GPA in the world, but my school emphasizes grade deflation.
