Accepted!!! 4.4 GPA 1310 SAT! Can anyone help me decipher my financial aid letter? It says under “Your Award Information” $70,000. But under Grants and Scholarships it says $64,000. Which amount am I getting?
Rejected but I wasn’t expecting an acceptance. In state with 3.83 UW and 4.05 W with three concussions. 1470 superscored SAT with 760 math and 710 english. EC of varsity volleyball (captain senior year, 2nd team all league senior year, state and norcal regional champion junior year), performing arts (school musical all for years, advanced choir three years, advanced drama), activism (feminist club, QSA), and a job for two summers. Congrats to those who got in!
I got waitlisted but it seems like a lot of people did. Does anyone know how many people they usually waitlist / take off the waitlist?
Waitlisted. International with 1550 SAT, 4.0 UW. This is good enough for me as I was expecting a straight rejection though.
@pinkbarbie Your Award Information is a combination of Grants/Scholarships, Loans (have to pay back), and Work Study.
Son is waitlisted. I just looked at the common data set and last year 1 person got in off waitlist, 2016-five got in and in 2015-75!
wow. it’s mean of them to waitlist so many people. i got waitlisted too
I got in!!! There’s nothing in my portal or application about financial aid though. Is anyone else having trouble finding their FA info? Maybe my FA application was incomplete without me knowing? Congrats to all who got in too!
@coloradoMUN my acceptance letter in my portal told me where to go for financial aid. If that bit isn’t in yours I’m assuming you didn’t get any.
Did anyone else get the email inviting you to visit Claremont for three days, paid for by Claremont? It said the invitation was only extended to a “select number of students”
I got that email too!!
Rejected 3.58 35 1520 and 800/760 subject tests
