CMC or Cornell TO??

I was offered admission to Claremont McKenna College and a TO to Cornell ILR. Any thoughts on which to pick? I don’t want to transfer once I’m at CMC, especially because it’ll be extremely expensive compared to just transferring from my local state school and I don’t think there will be any need to.

Main points:
CMC is more student oriented than Cornell.
CMC and ILR are both small and offer lots of student services, maybe CMC a little more so but I was expecting to be very involved and take the initiative at ILR anyway.
Cornell is more well-known on the east coast and, more important to me, internationally whereas CMC is a heavyhitter mainly on the west.
GPA is similar at both - I am currently looking at law school.
I feel like transferring is a pain and there’s always a risk I won’t be able to.
I love both schools a lot a lot??? Maybe Cornell a little more? Idk…

Any advice would be appreciated!

If it were me, I would start out at CMC and see how you like it.
If you like CMC, and it seems like it will meet your needs well enough, just stay there.
Otherwise exercise the transfer option. Assuming you think that the ILR curriculum is really the best program for you, at that time.
If you don’t think ILR is the best curriculum for you, at that time, and CMC is no good for you either, then transfer to someplace else.
