you went to the world youth chess championship? If so, then you shouldn’t have any problems getting into all 5 of the universities you mentioned.

Everything here is in range, and I’d be a little surprised if you didnt get into at least a couple.

Your EC is great and your GPA is fine (if unweighted) although not great. Your course rigor is fine too. Just your ACT score is a little bit week for top schools. If you are applying to engineering schools, you do need a higher score. For UMich CoE, the admission average GPA was 3.9 and the median ACT was 33.
