<p>Hello - I'm looking for some advice regarding teachers and any other information about the VP program at CMU. We will be visiting both Oberlin and CMU in October with our D (soprano, currently a junior) The voice faculty seems very small there, which is concerning. Jennifer Aylmer (soprano) looks interesting but seems to be in the prime of her career, and I'm curious how large her studio is and if she's there enough as opposed to traveling. We have read some excellent things about Daniel Teadt. So far, my D has emailed both of these teachers to try to arrange sample lessons during our visit.</p>
<p>Any thoughts from students / parents who either have first-hand experience at CMU, or have seriously considered it, would be much appreciated. THANKS!!</p>
