CMU MISM VS UMich HCI

Both M.S. I am still hesitating about which graduate school to attend to.

The program in CMU is MISM(Information Systems Management), under Heinz College, the site claims that average starting salary for MISM graduates are almost 90k...really impressive.

While in UMich, the specialization is Human-Computer Interaction. UMich is surely a great school but in in terms of anything related to CS/IS, CMU seems to be better.

I find HCI is more appealing to me, not only the interdisciplinary nature, but the focus on 'design'. However, CMU has the best HCI program (I personally believe), I might have the opportunity to attend classes offered by HCI Institution. Moreover, positions about MISM graduates are not confined to software engineering...etc.

Anybody can share some knowledge about MIS vs HCI? salary, work style, career development, anything relevant... : )
