CMU Music Application Late!

So I totally messed up in not realizing that to apply to the CMU School of Music, you needed to submit a supplemental application. Let me explain. My primary major at CMU would be Computer Science. However, I'd like to combine this with their BS in Music and Technology program, as I'm an aspiring music producer and the program seemed too perfect. I didn't submit a music app because at other schools like Cornell you didn't need to do a separate app for music.

The deadline was December 1st, so I'm a whole month and a half late. However, I've contacted the School of Music director, who has granted me until Friday to get everything in. Obviously, that's pretty close to now, so now I'm scrambling to finish everything. I have a few questions that I was hoping you people who have submitted the music supplement to CMU could answer:

What exactly is supposed to be on your resume/curriculum vitae? Only your musical experience, or everything a standard one would have? Like, if I was a tutor for a club for history, do I keep it on? What I'm saying is, is this only a music resume, or is it a full blown college resume?

For "upload a list of your current repertoire indicating performed, studied or conducted", do we upload everything? Like, I'm applying for the technology track of Music and Technology, which is more technical than musical. I have a few compositions of my own that I can send in. Do I just list them all, every single one? And I also play violin; do I put my current repertoire for my orchestra here, or do I not because I'm not applying for any instrumental program?

If I don't get in to the School of Music because of a shoddily done music supp, can I still go to CMU as pure CS and transfer in/add a double major for Music and Technology?

Thank you. If anyone is an actual student in the program, or knows a lot about the music supp, your help would be particularly appreciated.
