<p>On the CMU website they say to use this other evaluation form for teachers... I thought they were on the common app, do they not want the common app teacher eval form?</p>
<p>Well you have to send in the recommendations via mail or fax. The teacher val form is for your guidance counselor (if I remember correctly).</p>
