<p>I would like to know your opinions on these four schools, and how they compare to one another for my desired field of study: Im looking to major in biology (cell / molecular) and concentrate as a pre-med with asparations of going to medical school... Just an academic comparison if you can...</p>

<p>Academically I think they are all the same. I would visit CMU and see how you like our campus and environment. We have great faculty and they are always able to help you out with any questions you have. There is also a cooperative spirit here rather than the backstabbing curve-destroying pre-meds you find at the other schools.</p>
<p>We even have programs that help you study for the MCATs and help you with your med apps. There are minicourses too for pre-meds that will help you out a lot. </p>
<p>For the environment, a beautiful college campus, a growing city, and the best and most available professors, I'd pick CMU.</p>
