CMU vs. Bucknell

<p>Based purely on academics, which school is better for civil/environmental engineering? I've heard that CMUs labs for engineering aren't the best, and Bucknell is ranked quite highly in civil engineering among liberal arts schools.</p>

<p>And would a degree from one be more prestigious than a degree from the other?</p>
