<p>I got admitted by both CMU and Rice, and I want to learn Computer Science. Notice that I also have a plan to double major in cognitive science. So, should I choose Rice or CMU? I know more companies recruit in CMU but it seems I can have a closer relationship with professors at Rice.</p>
<p>You can definitely have close relationships with CMU’s professors too! And while SCS graduates are certainly in high demand, CS students from any decent school probably won’t be short on job offers. </p>
<p>Honestly, the answer to this is so dependent on your personal values and interests that I think you just need to trust yourself and pick the one that feels like the best fit. I’m obviously biased towards CMU, but Rice is a great school and I have friends who are very happy there, so you can’t really go wrong. : )</p>
