CMU vs Rice vs Olin for CS

I have received offers from Carnegie Mellon university (FULL pay), Rice (with aid, package pending), Vanderbilt (bit more than half of COA), Olin College of engineering  (half tuition scholarship plus aid pending), UCLA UCSD UIUC BU(presidential scholarship), some us safeties, Canada and Hong Kong.

Money is a concern. CMU is THE best. But that would be too too expensive. Rice is very well reputed but don’t like Texas. In Love with Olin but I don’t know how others view it. Possibly only 2nd most prestigious in my list. Others I suppose can be left in front of these.

Help me decide. Planning to major in CS. International student.

You know that Olin doesn’t have a CS degree per se, but there’s nothing stopping you from designing a degree which combines engineering with computer science. My son is doing that right now at Olin. He’s a general engineering major with a concentration in computer science.
