Co-op or AP (Schedule conflict)

im having schedualing issues for senior yr. i want to take co-op but that takes up 4 periods leaving only 4 left. i have to take english AP, gov/eco, and i want to take calculus AP. this only leaves on spot open. Bio-Ap is a complete GPA killer at my school, but the teacher is excellent(just extremely hard). so i dont know if i take CO-Op and have an elective period or take AP bio and ruin my GPA(thus, jepodarizing my rank), or not take CO-op at all ahve have more room on my schedule to do other things? what should i do? whats the advantage of taking Co-Op?

what is Co-op?

co-op is class/job that u can take. its early hands on professional work experience. at the same time, u still get credit for school and a grade for it

Don't do Co-op; seems like a waste of space when you could be taking a better, more enlightening class. Colleges will be more forgiving if they see a bad grade in Bio. They see that you took something rigorous, and didn't slack off.

For admission purposes, I would not recommend taking co-op.

my thoughts about the advantages about taking co-op was that not alot of people take co-op. colleges would see that i have work experience and im dedicated in the field that i want to later be in. anyone could take an bio ap class..... any thoughts?
