<p>I was accepted to general engineering (oos) and I was just wondering if professors are available for help outside of classrooms and are they willing to help? Also hows the co-op program at VT? Do a lot of students participate in it and how helpful is the school towards finding a co-op/intern? Lastly hows the social life at VT is it pretty active at night?</p>
<p>All professors hold office hours where you can go talk to them. How available they actually are depends on the professor. Lot's of people co-op and there's a pretty knowledgeable/helpful co-op program on campus. And yes it's very active thursday-saturday nights.</p>
