<p>Hi, I am a rising senior in a private 4 year college, who is taking a year off.
I have spent the past couple months recovering from a surgery, and am hoping to start working/interning the coming months before going back to school in the fall.</p>
<p>Even though I am not in school right now, do I qualify for Co-op programs with firms?
If they ask if I am currently enrolled in a 4-year college, do I say yes or no?
I am still a student of the university, although taking some time off. </p>
<p>I do not know how to go about this question.
