Co Ops?

Hello!

I’m looking in to affordable housing and reaaallly want to live in a co op. Is it incredibly difficult to get into one? I know they rank applications and that former residents get priority, but what about new transfers?

Within a given class of applications (e.g. current and former members by seniority points), applications are ranked by application date. Larger houses tend to be easier to get into. The smaller houses tend to be cleaner and quieter.
