Coalition App Query

So I am filling the Coalition App and the 9-11 Grade Coursework section seems to be really confusing for me. I am a Pakistani student and I can’t understand what is equivalent to the 9 and 10 grades. I am assuming that 11 and 12 grade is the high school grade whereas 9 and 10 grades stand for the final years of school. If this is the case, how do I mention my school grades since the transcripts will be sent to the colleges by my high school counselor and it only mentions 11 and 12 grade scores. Can someone help me with this?

Well 11 and 12 are your last years in high school. In America, 9-12 is high school.

In America 9th grade is you first year, then 10th, 11th, 12th. Fill it out accordingly with your last 4 years of school. In the additional information section explain the difference. Your admissions counselors will understand.

Does it mean that high school is of 4 years over there?

Thankss
