I plan to major in government and minor in Chinese or Arabic and I excel in history and foreign languages what are my chances of getting into coast guard academy and naval academy
Feedback would greatly be appreciated

Your ACT of 22 is below the 25th percentile for either Annapolis or USCGA.
I think the 25th/75th for Annapolis is 25/32 and for CG Academy is 25/30.
Are you retaking?

Yes this weekend

Good luck. Sleep early every night this week!

You have a strong class load and language background but your GPA and ACT scores are pretty low. I would say around a 28 or higher on the ACTs would put you in a much better position. I was accepted to the Academy with a 31 on my ACTs and a 3.9 GPA. I wouldn’t say you wouldn’t be accepted because of these things but it could definitely hurt your chances. Many applicants with lower test scores are accepted into the Scholars program so this could be an option for you.
