<p>I disagree with barrons' definitions. Far too hung up on bashing UW. Different atmospheres in different places- obviously didn't like the UW culture. </p>
<p>People pick schools and places to live based on their comfort level with the general atmosphere. Cryto- think of the people you saw and the atmosphere around campus- that's what you will be in. When I think of UW I think of (outside the excellent academics) being able to find people to have discussions about so many different topics, being exposed to so many different viewpoints, so many opportunities you can't experience them all. Nothing staid or boring, regardless of the years you attend.</p>
