<p>The stated deadline, January 17, merely means that you will no longer have access to the Semifinalist forms on our website after this date. Any materials arriving to our offices Tuesday, January 18 and Wednesday, January 19, WILL be accepted in light of the holiday Monday observing Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Because our system was down with the website, we have not been able to update the on-line status of your materials. Everyone's status currently reads NOT RECEIVED. We are now back up and will begin to update the website as fast as we can. We are only human so please be patient as our trusty interns Gabi, Sam, and Irene, Coca-Cola Scholars who are attending college in Atlanta, carefully inspect your materials and make the updates. Be assured that prior to the evaluation, WE WILL CALL YOU if anything is missing from your application. We will make every effort we can to ensure your application is complete before it is reviewed in early February. If you have a tracking number for your shipment and it has been received and signed for, you can be 99.9% sure it's in our office among the other 2,599 packets.
Many of you could not access the Emory University interest details in the last two weeks. Do not worry about this and disregard mention of Form G unless you have been accepted to and plan on attending Emory University.
It is essential that you have completed, printed, and mailed to us Forms B, C, D, D, E, & F. If you need a replacement form, contact us immediately.
At this time we have concluded that uploading documents stresses our server, so please do not attempt to upload.
We will be sending email updates so please check your email often and be sure to look in your junk mail folders and also add our address to your address book so you won't miss out on important announcements, including notification of Finalists coming in mid-February.</p>
<p>So if you really wanted to you could wait until Tuesday to ship it out overnight and it would get their in time. </p>
