@aqwsa1 they announce regional finalists in “late January,” which my app counselor friend says usually means either January 31 or February 1
I wish they would say sooner…I’m trying to decide whether to go on a trip or not during one of the interview weekends…
If you follow @cokescholars on twitter it said on the 19th of January they had 4 days to review all the applications Good Luck

Regional Finalist from Memphis, TN here. Does anybody know how they narrow down the regional finalist pool from 250 to 150? It says there’s an interview, but considering they already know so much about us and the interview happens only a week before they announce the results, does the interview really factor in that much? Also, I know there is a thing where you can choose an educator that influenced you and give them a coke award at graduation - is that for regional finalists or only for those who make it into the last 150?
@Student145852 was that sent directly to your email or was that on the portal?
@amynguyen2017 Yup, I am from Washington! PM me if you want to know my school.
Regional Finalist from Dallas!!!
That was on the portal.
I am a regional finalist!!!
You made a good point-the interview happens only a week before we get the results, let alone only a few days before they make decisions. I wonder how much it counts…
