<p>AHHH. I am seriously so jealous of all of you UChi EA Acceptances. I wanted to get in so bad but got deferred. Didn’t let it get me down though. Sent a homemade video about the top 10 reasons uchi should still accept me, pretty funny. Hope it shows off an even greater side of my personality, which is what uc loves!</p>

<p>@stereo… I was astonished that I got into such a good school! I was actually able to apply because Questbridge waved my application 
I also applied to 8 more schools… but as time passes by i keep falling in love with it! Hopefully you get admitted! If you’re a semifinalist then you should have an amazing application. Now that I think of it, it would be amazing if you met a finalist in Atlanta and both of you attended the same school!</p>

<p>I got deferred from UChi EA too, stereostaticxx, don’t worry. Did you get in anywhere else? I got into Boston College EA and Northeastern’s Honors Program EA.

<p>At this point, only a miracle can end our anxiety. I personally do not think that the results will be out anytime soon. Cokescholar is busy finding the Banquet for the weekend. After Banquet is found, they will have to find the speakers, honorable speakers. A nice caterer is queued up after the speakers are traced, and the list goes on and on. By the time everything is finalized, I am afraid that the scholarship fund may go in the wrong direction (negative). Before the dire consequence happens, buy a lot of Coke (at regular price - no coupon pls.)</p>

<p>I got into Fordham EA too! That and I got into Illinois Institute of Technology today. As happy as I was, those were my safety schools and I knew I was getting in to both, but scholarships make it interesting. Either way my top schools are U Chicago, Northwestern, and Columbia. Fingers oh so crossed. And I let all of my schools know that I was a semifinalist. Hopefully it helped!</p>

<p>Man it would really suck if it was this Friday, I would think that they would get it to us earlier because I think they have the results and are just waiting for snail mail to get to homes cus they might have just mailed them today. That would mean a good chance for tomorrow unless I’m totally wrong and they haven’t even finished judging.</p>
<p>The pre-recorded message when you call Coca Cola Scholars phone number says that all semi-finalists will be notified by Friday February 11th, possibly considering how long snail mail takes?</p>
<p>Vanillachai only rain in PA haha, was hoping for another big storm this week so we could resume the one snowday per week we’ve had for the past few weeks but guess it’s not happening</p>
<p>If this doesn’t come until Friday, I will not be okay.</p>
<p>1-3 inches of snow in NY/NJ area. Unlikely that we’ll have a snow day but here’s to hoping that we do, so I can refresh my email all day… oh wait, I’ll be doing that anyway.</p>
